Bjorn's waffles:

1 egg

1 cup milk

8 ounces sour cream

1 tablespoon butter, melted

2 cups baking mix (bisquick, etc.)

8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine egg, milk, sour cream and butter; mix until well blended. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
tastes great with a side of bacon. maple syrup at your leisure.
